  1. Online Safety + Social Media Introduction - 2026 RSHE guidelines compliant (see lesson plan included for details) - A new PSHE online safety lesson suitable for KS3/4. This lesson covers a variety of issues, including cyber-bullying, social media safety, online-scams, data theft and privacy, image sharing and fraud. Students will explore the best safety tips to use as well as why they need to use them, with real and genuine online dangers explained in context.

  2. Anti bullying Online Safety Group Chats- 2 HOURS 2026 RSHE GUIDELINES COMPLIANT (see lesson plan included for details) online safety / social media bullying lesson all about the problems teens face from group chats and online messaging services. The lesson focuses on WhatsApp and the problems caused by teens using the service before the legal joining age of sixteen. Many issues are explored in detail, such as mob mentality leading to cyber-bullying in large group chats, the T+Cs of messaging services (especially how they own any content you post and the possible repercussions of this) as well as practical advice on how to distance yourself from online trouble and legal issues.

  3. Online Grooming : Social Media Safety - PSHE (For new DfE 2026 guidance - for all references see lesson plan included) Online grooming lesson covering both predatory online grooming and internet predator awareness. This lesson has been updated for 2026 and includes a detailed information pack, take-home signposting, paired and creative activities, clip tasks literacy-based tasks, analysis tasks and much more. Includes lesson plan, Covers new guidance for harmful behaviour online.

  4. Social Media and Mental Health - 2026 RSHE GUIDELINES COMPLIANT (see lesson plan included) New edition, new content. A detailed, differentiated and editable PSHE lesson which meets all the latest 2026 PSHE guidelines and will last you up to 90 mins. The lesson introduces what why social media stresses us out, tips to manage this, why there is online abuse and trolls, active strategies to combat online abuse and much more.

  5. Body image + Social Media PSHE- NEW 2026 DfE RSHE GUIDELINES COMPLIANT - Body image, social media and eating disorders PSHE lesson. New edition, all new content (2026) all editable. A lesson all about how we must be discerning consumers of media when it comes to health, diet and body image. The lesson investigates whether we really can be ‘healthy at every size’ as suggested by many TiKtoK accounts, or whether this is false information and medical advice / moderation really is the key.

  6. Social Media Validation - NEW 2026 RSHE DfE GUIDELINES COMPLIANT (see lesson plan included for details). Social Media Addiction + Social Media Influencers - New PSHE lesson all about how seeking personal validation from social media and influencers can be harmful to our mental health. The editable resource pack includes a detailed PowerPoint with accompanying worksheets and follows a wanna-be fashion influencer called Estelle, as she navigates the ups and downs of her social media feed. Students will learn why we naturally crave validation and how social media gives us a false sense of popularity, friendship and self-worth. They will explore we can never really tell how successful or unsuccessful people really are behind their phones. Created for KS4 but could be used with KS3.

  7. Deepfakes + AI Online Safety + Risks - 2026 NEW RSHE PLANNING GUIDANCE COMPLIANT (see lesson plan included for RSHE mapping details). PSHE lesson on deepfakes and malicious AI use (for new 2026 RSHE guidance - harmful behaviour online). Students will explore what we mean by deepfakes and malicious AI, before discovering how celebrities, politicians and citizens are falling victim of this new technology. They will investigate the new UK law (April 2024) and the penalties aimed at different types of deepfakes, including explicit ones (no imagery will be seen, just the concept discussed).

  8. Cyber Bullying Online Safety Trolling- GUIDELINES COMPLIANT (see lesson plan included) NEW online safety lesson - detailed PSHE lesson all about online trolls, the different types, their motivations and how we can help combat this type of cyberbullying by not being a bystander. A fun and editable lesson which includes a variety of creative, analysis, case-studies, literacy and clip tasks. Created for KS3 and easy to adapt. Could also be used in Tutor Time or during anti-bullying week. Includes detailed lesson plan.
