This Social Story: When I Am Frustrated, is meant to teach students that becoming frustrated and having strong feelings is normal, but there are healthy ways to cope with frustration, and effective strategies to self-regulate and calm down.

The social story is in PDF format (8.5"x11") and so is easily printable, and can be laminated and placed in binder for use with students. It uses developmentally appropriate language and engaging visuals to keep student interest.
