A set of three lessons following ‘Sous Influence’ Studio GCSE Higher French Module 6.5. Students are introduced to vocabulary to discuss vices at the start of the lessons then go on to practice using future tenses. Students practice their skills through a range of activities from the book enhanced with support and challenge activities as well as additional slides to explain and practice the grammar, a stepped translation task, differentiated translations in to English, gap fills and a range of tasks to practice essential vocab. A points reveal game is also used to consolidate student knowledge. The lessons conclude with a photo card task with student friendly mark scheme and an extended writing task with success criteria to facilitate self/peer assessment.
