Space themed reward / consequence chart

This contains five pages; red, orange, green and a space themed page to be used as the reward / consequence chart. There is also a name tag page where up to 33 children’s names can be added after printing.
These can be displayed on a wall, the children’s names can then be added on and moved for a reward / consequence. Easy to laminate and display in your classroom.

In my class they get a marble for the class if they are on the star and that = 2 mins of golden time.

Green = good (where all names start the day)
Orange = warning
Red = consequence
Star = reward
