Spanish Conversational Cards - Oral Practice Resources

These flashcards are an excellent and engaging resource to scaffold and facilitate oral production and interaction in the classroom. Containing both the question and answer structure, students can input their own responses using the guidance from the cards.

This resource can be differentiated by encouraging students to only look at the answer format when they feel they are struggling. Extension tasks to support this resource can be asking students to explain their reasoning behind their responses ‘me gusta español porque me encantan los idiomas’. Stronger students, as well as more senior groups may only make use of the question section.

These cards can be used as a lesson starter, as an oral examination preparation activity or to simply revise basic topics orally.

Topics include ‘Todo Sobre Mí’, ‘El Colegio’, ‘Mi Familia’ & ‘Mis Pasatiempos’.
