One page Word document worksheet (13 questions) asking students to draw the straight lines of the form y = mx + c if… e.g. m > 0, c < 0 etc. The questions get progressively harder and start to use various more unusual symbols to represent constants out of the usual order. Squared and cubed positive and negative constants are used and finally there is the requirement to rearrange to make y the subject and to investigate parallel and perpendicular lines. Would be particularly useful for a higher ability National 5 Maths or Higher Maths class when revising National 5 / Higher straight lines work.
