Swimming GALA Planning/Recording sheet

This google/excel sheet is the ultimate framework for Swimming GALA’s.

• The format is based on a five house system framework.
• Tabs for each house and pupil selection of strokes (class)
• Stokes (Breast stroke / Freestyle / Medley / Fun swim)
• Results page which auto populates with racing outcomes and times (use of formulas within cells)
• Tab for staff responsibilities
• Tab for equipment needed.

The sheet can be completed prior to and during the GALA on an Ipad or laptop for ease and comfort - allowing staff to view results from their separate devices.
