An in-depth, differentiated Maths investigation lesson plan based on finding lines of symmetry in flags. Originally planned for a Year 4 class but could be appropriate for both upper and lower KS2. This could be used to celebrate Euro 2016, sporting events or as part of cross-curricular Geography on World flags. This includes the lesson plan, lesson flipchart, supporting web links and documents and a photograph of the activity set up.
