Having worked my way through school from technician to TA then to teacher, I found some student needing more classroom support then others, some TA help write out work on white boards, some student who did not need TA support were given it, marking work became a memory game.Which student had help, which needed it and isn’t getting it and which student gets help and doesn’t use it. I created these stickers to help stop the brain ache. Students who get help will get a sticker in their book with the level of help recorded and tracked by the TA.

Over a period time a pattern will develop showing if the student is getting better, worse or does not use the help that are getting. It help redirect TA to those students who are require help more and then be able to show small step progress for those who do not always reach their target grade.
