This lesson allows students to learn about technology to look into space.

The lesson can open with discussion on ways to look into space, followed by images taken by Hubble ( not created by me). You can also ask students to share their ideas about stars and need to observe space.

Students can then be introduced to two types of telescopes ( briefly).

Students can then move around the room and collect information to complete their table from the fact sheets on different technologies used to look into space.

The lesson can end with extended writing on comparing Land based and spaced based technologies to look into space.

I have updated the information sheets and formatted them. I will update the powerpoint shortly as well.
