This bundle contains lessons and activities linked to Edward Lear's poem 'The Jumblies'. They are ideal for World Poetry Day (March 21st 2017), but can also be used at any other time of the year for a poetry study.
Includes:
• Anagram and wordsearch puzzle based on the Jumblies poem.
• 2 lessons of poetry analysis and comprehension.
• 2/3 lessons of diary writing linked to the Jumblies poem.
Relevant planning, teacher notes, worksheets, PowerPoint presentations and answer sheets are all included in the pack. In addition, the activities are fully differentiated, with appropriate support and extension tasks.
