Teacher resources for a 60 minute lesson on themeaning of unlawful in non-fatal offences against the person in criminal law. Contains a powerpoint and worksheet relating to consent self defence and reasonable punishment in NFOAPs in criminal law. Suitable for courses at level 3 including A level law, BTEC & law modules on Access to HE . There is a student copy and teacher copy of the worksheet with answers. The worksheet is designed to accompany the Youtube clip on the topic created by e-lawresources.co.uk and students will need to watch the video to complete it. The 5 question starter on the power point relates to the advantages and disadvantages of judicial precedent. This can be changed if you have not yet studied this topic. The lesson should take approx 60 mins. There are suggested timings in the powerpoint at the end of the slides. In addition to the starter, there are 3 tasks and a plenary.
