Teacher resources for a 90 minute lesson on the policy factors relating to duty of care in tort law . Contains a powerpoint with discussion activities. Suitable for courses at level 3 including A level law, BTEC & law modules on Access to HE . This is a follow on lesson from the duty of care personal injury and property damage lesson where the pre-reading was set as homework. The 5 question starter on the power point relates to negligence and duty of care. This can be changed if you have not yet studied this topic. The lesson should take approx 90 mins. In addition to the starter, there is a review activity and discussion activities and a plenary. There are suggested timings in the powerpoint at the end of the slide.
