The resource is for KS4 students. It consists of a lesson presentation and a worksheet. Worked solutions to all questions are included in the presentations.
It is assumed that students are familiar with translating graphs and reflecting them in the axes. This is a lesson where the transformation of graphs is applied to the three trig functions.
The lesson starts with a revision of the trig graphs. Examples of translations and reflections are followed by mini white board work. There is a worksheet involving four questions, two on sine or cosine functions and two on tangent functions.
