These slides on unemployment was one of the clearest and engaging resources I’ve used this term. It broke down the theory, types, and causes of unemployment in a way that really helped students connect the dots between abstract ideas and real-world situations. The inclusion of current examples (such as how automation impacts structural unemployment) led to some great class discussions about how governments might respond. The built-in assessment tasks were practical and encouraged students to think critically rather than just memorise definitions. My students were particularly engaged during the debate activity on whether unemployment can ever be “good” for the economy. I also appreciated how logically the slides flowed, making lesson delivery effortless. It’s a well-balanced blend of theory, application, and analysis. An excellent resource for both Economics and Business teachers. Highly recommended.
