Help pupils recognise emotions, discover their strengths and develop practical strategies for managing difficult feelings with this structured 8-session Well-being Enrichment intervention for Years 2-6.

Designed for primary teachers, SENCOs, teaching assistants, pastoral and inclusion staff, the programme develops emotional literacy, positive self-identity, self-regulation, help-seeking and belonging through engaging, progressive activities.

The pack provides everything needed for an adult to pick up and deliver the intervention consistently, including detailed session plans, adult scripts, printable resources and assessment tools.
