This Welsh-medium Medium-Term Planning Framework has been developed to support structured, curriculum-led planning within Curriculum for Wales.
Designed specifically for Welsh-medium settings, this framework helps make progression and assessment clear and visible while working alongside your school’s agreed progression model. It does not impose fixed progression chains; instead, it provides a flexible structure to support clarity and consistency across planning.
