This resource is made up of three sheets. It takes one text and uses it in seven different ways. This is the perfect set of sheets for differentiation as either you, or the pupils, can identify what skills they need to work on while everyone is focusing on the same text.

Great to use in a mixed ability classroom. I got the pupils to choose three activities each to work through over the course of the lesson. At the end we discussed our findings. The class enjoyed having the choice and gained a thorough understanding of the text. I followed up by getting the pupils to adapt a paragraph from the text in pairs. Thanks.
