This is a rigorous system which enables children to have a thorough knowledge of their tables. Children start on x 10 and only move onto the next sheet once they are able to answer all of the questions correctly, independently. This may take more than one session.
As well as answering questions on related division facts, there are questions related to previous tables that have been learned in order to keep those skills sharp.
A class record is kept to show which table each child is on and rewards can be given once a sheet is completed independently.
