William Shakespeare | Introduction Activities

Students will begin the lesson by creating a mind map of what they already know about William Shakespeare. They will then play a memory game using images associated with William Shakespeare and his work. After watching a video based on his life, students will make their own notes to use for a collage. They will collaborate with one another to share facts about William Shakespeare which will have them excited and engaged as they walk around the classroom to learn different facts from one another. They will work in groups to collate their facts to add to the collage.
