A complete 29 page workbook for the WJEC Entry Pathways Presentation Software unit at Entry 3.

This practical resource is designed to help learners develop the skills needed to plan, create, edit, format, save, check and present straightforward slide presentations.

Learners first complete a supported 5-slide presentation, with clear examples and visual prompts to help them understand what to include on each slide. They then complete a second, more independent presentation where they make their own choices about topic, audience, template, theme, editing and formatting.

Activities include identifying suitable types of information, entering text and images, using facts and data, combining information from different sources, understanding copyright, recording sources, saving and retrieving files, selecting themes, editing slides, formatting text and images, planning for an audience, checking work and making corrections.

The workbook finishes with learners preparing and delivering their presentation to an audience, supported by an adult witness statement for evidence and moderation.
