Learners explore their own skills, qualities, interests and strengths before identifying areas they would like to improve. They then consider realistic short-term goals, choose and agree one personal goal, identify appropriate support and complete activities to work towards it.
Activities include self-assessment, goal selection, goal agreement, identifying support, practical activity records, photo or work evidence, progress reflection and a final review of what has been achieved. The workbook also includes an assessment record and adult confirmation sections to support evidence gathering.
