This is a complete 5-week scheme of work, based on the history of the World War 2, The Home Front, Codebreakers and Bletchley Park. Written for Key Stage 2, but easily adapted to Key Stage 3.

Objectives covered:**

• To place key events in the history of Milton Keynes on a timeline (locality of Bletchley Park)
• To understand what it was like to be evacuated to Wolverton during the war. (location of Bletchley Park)
• To investigate evidence of the war in aerial photographs.
• To explore the role of Bletchley Park in in WW2
• To explore the inspirational men and women of Bletchley Park
