This is a card sorting activity and supporting lesson for KS3 /4 students to categorise, prioritise and judge reasons for the success of the recruitment drive in 1914.
Students can look through the card and then do a write up off what they found to be positive reasons, propaganda / emotional blackmail, and things that they were shocked by.
