This resource was used with year 6 students who were studying contemporary dance. This is the written assessment which is 3 pages long. In this task, students are required to compare, contrast and reflect on their choreography and that of a teacher choice video (video not included, however, the assessment is open ended and does not name a video so anything could be used).
There are 4 multiple choice questions at the end of the assessment regarding contemporary dance. Lots of space is provided for students to record their answers and the resource is appropriately scaffolded. Whilst used in a year 6 class, this reosurce could be used in any upper primary or lower high school dance lesson.
