This is a powerpoint I have created for use before either/both of the Year 6 Reasoning SATs papers this year. I work through a selection of ‘top tips’ for the Reasoning Paper 2 and 3 and I seek opportunities for the children to interact, answering questions.I have also done my best to predict some of the topics I think may come up in the test, focusing heavily on these. I have focused on top tips for:

* Parts of a circle
* Roman numerals
* Converting measures
* Shape
* Interpreting data
* Finding the mean
* Types of number
* Area and perimeter
* Percentage, decimal and fractions
* Rounding
There is lots of slides, so feel free to adapt and use the ones most suited to your class.
