Operations with surds
Lesson presentations and activities
A treasure hunt activity on surds, where students have to find the answers to each question on one of the other cards. Simply print, cut into individual cards, and stick it up around the room. Includes a sheet for students to fill in, and an answer sheet. Let me know what you think.

Works really well
Practice questions, homeworks and assessments
This was an idea I had in on the way to work one morning - Clive makes mistakes on his homework and you need to correct them, explaining the mistake he's made in each case. I intend to use this as a plenary or starter to check learning etc. They should create discussion too. There are 5 different mistakes to correct.

to the point and great help in creating similar resources
A worksheet (with detailed solutions) that allow students to practise multiplying surds expressed in the form a ± b√c.
Included are TWO BRAND NEW STYLE PowerPoints , which allows either questions, or the FULL SOLUTIONS to be easily selected for enlarged display onto a screen, one at a time 😀.

This sheet is useful for classwork, homework or for GCSE revision.

No answers given. Maybe not required but it would seem logical.
