IB Maths AI HL - Complete Notes

If you want a preview, try the first (SL) topic of the new course for free Handwritten notes on the recently changed syllabus for IBDP Maths for first exams in 2021 - this is the Applications and Interpretation HL course (A&I HL / AIHL). It is 112 pages long - 19 on Algebra, 16 on Functions, 26 on Trig/Geometry, 28 on Stats/Probability, 23 on Calculus. So it is far more concise than the ~1000 pages of an HL textbook. It is split into 5 topics, which all have the SL content within them as a subset. There will also be significant overlap with the Analysis & Approaches course. This is the final course of the four that we have in this shop, finished in time for the 2023 May exams. It contains many concepts not touched by the old core courses at all, like graph theory, voronoi diagrams, matrices, phase portraits, etc. TOPICS: 1 - Algebra 2 - Functions 3 - Trigonometry and Geometry 4 - Statistics and Probability 5 - Calculus Please ‘follow’ my shop, so you will be notified when other notes become available in the future. Please let me know if you have any feedback or improvements that could be made.

Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) (Statistics)

(0)
Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) is a lecture which is covered within the Statistic or Basic Business Statistic module by business and economics students. Analysis of variance, known by the acronym ANOVA, allows statistical comparison among samples taken from many populations. While ANOVA literally does analyze variation, the purpose of ANOVA is to reach conclusions about possible differences among the means of each group, analogous to the hypothesis tests of the previous chapter. Every ANOVA design uses samples that represent each group and subdivides the total variation observed across all samples (all groups) toward the goal of analyzing possible differences among the means of each group. How this subdivision, called partitioning, works is a function of the design being used, but total variation, represented by the quantity sum of squares total (SST), will always be the starting point. As with other statistical methods, ANOVA requires making assumptions about the populations that the groups represent. Learning objectives: The basic concepts of experimental design How to use one-way analysis of variance to test for differences among the means of several groups When and how to use a randomized block design How to use two-way analysis of variance and interpret the interaction effect How to perform multiple comparisons in a one-way analysis of variance, a randomized block design, and a two-way analysis of variance In this File you will find: Analysis of Variance Lecture Power Point Presentation Test Bank for Analysis of Variance with 213 Questions with all answers to them 61 Exercises for Analysis of Variance lecture / seminar Plus reading resource on Analysis of Variance in order to enhance you overall knowledge about the topic. Adding and Subtracting with Vectors Matching cards

(4)
A three way matching card resource in the Standards Unit style - the first cards have images of two vectors labelled either a and b or a and -b, the second set of cards give the column vectors of a and b to match to the pictures (note b is given even when the picture shows -b for added difficulty) and then the third set has the result of the vector addition/subtraction to match to the previous two. There are 6 additions and 6 subtractions altogether. Use an alternative resource to introduce or revise column vectors or adding and subtracting with vectors at GCSE or A-Level.
