#### IB Maths HL - Topic 9 Calculus (Option) - Notes

Handwritten notes that I made for my HL students on the Calculus Option (topic 9) in the IB. These are 23 pages of concise, rich notes, that clarify some of the more complicated aspects of this topic such as Rolle’s theorem or homogeneous differential equations. I use these to inform my teaching, to tell me what I need to cover next, as well as giving the notes to my students so that they can listen properly instead of frantically copying things down from the board. Subtopics:

Handwritten notes that I made for my HL students on Topic 4 in the IB - Vectors. These are 10 pages of concise, rich notes, with special attention given to the additional content in HL over the SL vectors topic (planes, cross product, etc).

#### Angles in Quadrilaterals

Two worksheets covering finding angles in parallelograms, kites and trapezia.
Uses the rules of opposite similar angles in a parallelogram, the set of opposite similar angles in a kite and the allied angles in a trapezium.
All of which are related to the parallel angle rules.

#### Pythagoras Worksheets

4 Pythagoras worksheets, which cover the progression from finding just the length of the hypotenuse, through finding the shorter sides, to vector problems, to worded problems, to 3D problems, and finally 3D worded problems.
All are differentiated, and get progressively harder.
For example, the first sheet ends with a question where they have to think of Pythagorean Triples, something which can keep those smart kids occupied for a while!

#### Area of Quadrilaterals

A worksheet, 2 pages, covering the area of parallelograms, then the area of trapezia.
Differentiated - easy, medium, hard

#### IB Maths SL - Topic 6 Calculus - Notes

Handwritten notes on topic 6 (calculus) that I did for my IB students:

#### A-Level Maths - Core 1 - Complete Notes

10 pages of neatly handwritten notes on the whole syllabus of Pure Core 1 (AQA). I usually use these to give to my students if they struggle to take notes and concentrate at the same time. It also acts as a handy detailed syllabus/plan of study, as well as just a revision tool for students:

It is one of the biggest and most important topics in the course, so despite being 20 pages long, these are concise, rich notes. (Note: This is just the regular Calculus section of the syllabus, not the option). It includes:
