Welcome to my shop. My name is Mrs Sophia Edwin. I am a qualified primary school teacher with 14 years teaching experience. I currently run my own tuition business where I teach 4 children per session, hence the name. I also home educate my three children. This 12 x 12 multiplication square is useful for students who are learning their multiplication facts. It is also very useful for those students who are not confident with their times tables but need something to help them when problem solving.

A selection of numbers lines for skip counting in 1s, 2s, 3s, 4s, 5s, 6s,7s, 8s, 9s, 10s, 11s and 12s. You can laminate them and use them in any way that you need to.

#### Year 1 Grammar Flashcards

Year 1 grammar Flashcards have been created to help children understand the definitions that they will come across whilst learning grammar. As the children are young it would be a good idea for the adult to read the words on the cards and see if the children can identify what they are. For example Adult: The words on this card is a vowel. Do you know what the 5 vowels are? lets say them together. Adult and Child*: a, e, i, o, u.* Adult: Do you have any vowels in your name? Lets have a look child write names on a peiece of paper and adult direct child to colour in the vowels The Year 1 grammar Flashcards can be used in what ever way the adult feels is suitable for the child.

Some children need a visual resource when using the alphabet in activities. This could include dictionary work, working with rhyming patterns, letter strings etc. The vowels are designed in yellow and the consonants are designed in black. Once you have laminated this A4 sheet you will need to stick them together to make an A3 alphabet line.

#### Personalised Year 1 Spelling Diagnostic Assesement

Fully aligned to the National Curriculum. This Diagnostic Assessment is aimed at year 1 students but can be used with students of all ages who need more help with their spellings. It is beneficial to use as an intervention with small groups of students or ‘one to one’. The aim of this diagnostic assessment is to find out the exact spelling objectives that the student should be working on. Included in the assessment: 88 words for the student to spell. Instruction page including a brief script. Modelling sheet to explain where children should write the words. Now includes dictation exercises that can be read out by the adult. Grammattack KS1 &amp; KS2 is a memorisation activity designed for children in KS2. At a foundation level it would be good for children to understand the definition of certain grammar terms. Having a basic understanding of the terms would allow the children to have a working knowledge during test situations. Once they have memorised the basic terms they can dive further into what the terms means during their grammar lesson and writing tasks.

This sticker book has been designed for students who are working within phase 5 and phase 6, typically year 1 and year 2. However, it can be used by anyone who is ready to practice early reading and spellings. High Frequency words are words that commonly appear in written text, so children are encouraged to learn them early which will increase fluency when reading. The words listed are in alphabetical order. We have included a bonus material of homophone posters. Once the student is able to read the word at least three times, we would suggest ticking the square box next to the word. Once the student is able to read and spell the word then a sticker should be placed on the star as a way of showing achievement. This sticker book has been designed for students who are working within phase 2, phase 3 or phase 4 Phonics, typically Reception. However, it can be used by anyone who is ready to practice early reading and spellings. High Frequency words are words that commonly appear in written text, so children are encouraged to learn them early which will increase fluency when reading. Some of the words listed are highlighted in different colours, this is because they are classed as ‘tricky’ or ‘sight words’. The student will need to learn these to read these words by sight. The other words in black are fully decodable, this means that the student with be able to blend them by sounding them out. We have included a bonus material of flashcards which can be cut out for future practice. Once the student is able to read the word at least three times, we would suggest ticking the square box next to the word. Montessori Nomenclature cards are used for building vocabulary and concepts in all subject areas. Children should be able to self-correct without interference from an adult.
