(0)
This package continues the basics of music theory for drummers with 3 pages of exercises using crotchet and minim triplets, quavers and offbeat quavers, with recommended count and sticking. Suitable for beginner/intermediate level. This package is compatible with PAS notation and includes: 3 X .pdf images, 3 X Sibelius files and 26 X .wav files with a count in for each exercise. A metronome is useful with these exercises. Get the boring theory out of the way and apply to the kit as soon as possible! PLEASE NOTE: All theory pages also illustrate the 'shortcuts' available to drummers, due to the absence of sustain (except in the case of dotted and tied notes, rolls, cymbals etc.). Because of this, theory pages may not be suitable for teaching music theory on other instruments where note length and sustain is a factor.
