I am an experienced educator with a strong background in supporting learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in classroom environments. I have worked with students across a wide range of abilities and needs, primarily with learners aged 16 and over. My teaching focuses on delivering sessions aligned with the Preparation for Adulthood framework, supporting students to develop the practical, social, and employability skills they need for greater independence and successful transitions into adult life. I design and deliver inclusive, learner-centred sessions that build confidence, encourage participation, and promote real-world skill development. Through my work, I aim to empower students to recognise their strengths, develop workplace readiness, and build the skills required to access employment opportunities and participate more independently in their communities.
