I am an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) with over seven year's of experience and training, having worked in education since 2017. I have taught and supported learners across both primary and secondary age ranges, with a strong specialism in SEN and targeted literacy interventions. My experience includes working closely with pupils with a wide range of additional needs, including DLD, Dyslexia, ASC, ADHD, SEMH/MH, behavioural challenges, and other SEN profiles. I have a strong understanding of how these needs can impact learning and engagement, and I am skilled at adapting resources to ensure they are accessible, structured and effective. I am passionate about creating positive learning learning experiences with clear, practical and inclusive resources that support both pupils and educators. All resources are designed with real classroom experience in mind, aiming to build confidence, promote engagement, independence and help every child succeed.
