As a department we use both these resources for students that need some extra attention at KS3 with behaviour.
The first one is simple. Each individual teacher writes their own individual goals for their students and they monitor them each lesson. It is informal, in that, the class teacher does all monitoring and reacts accordingly with class sanctions and rewards.
The second one is more formal. The student is monitored for a period of a week. At the end of the week, the pupil will report to HOD of department to get their report signed and will also get the report signed by their parents. In school we make a positive phone call home and give the student a normal school reward. There are two templates attached (One with more instruction than the other)
