Hi! I’m Erica, a UK-based English language teacher with over 25 years of experience in education. I spent much of my career teaching in Asia — working as a classroom teacher and in leadership roles across international schools — before returning to the UK to focus on one-to-one and small group English tuition. My approach centres on critical thinking and discussion around topics that genuinely interest my students. I believe fluency comes first — when learners feel confident expressing their ideas freely, accuracy and structure follow naturally. My resources reflect this philosophy: tailored, meaningful, and ready to use.
