Great activity for introducing students to Latin America, such a rich continent with so much to offer. It can start at the beginning of term/year and it could end with a Poster display/presentation for the whole class. It has worked well for me with older students, but it depends on the group’s interests. Specially appropriate for IB students.

Excellent activity to foucs on those irregular verbs that change vowels from e to ie; from o to ue; from e to i.

Great activity to get students to use the Future Simple in Spanish. It helps them think about this tense and use it in very simple but engaging conversations. They can write a brief paragraph about it to finish up.

Divide the class in groups and ask them to find the answers to this questions. They can create a poster for the class walls so that everybody learns something interesting about all the countries that make up Ibero-America!
