A booklet containing algebra skills. I use these as starters for the topic following algebra to ensure pupils don’t forget what we have recently covered. Pages can be removed to make the booklet suitable for different levels.

This is a booklet of 50 short exercises on GCSE number skills. Includes, fractions, percentages, ratio, error intervals, standard form, estimation FDP conversions and many more. The booklet would work well as a homework booklet, as a settler at the start of a lesson or as an activity for students when they have finished their main task. I also find these booklets really useful for when someone pops their head in the room and asks “can i have some work for X?” Uploaded a PowerPoint so you can add to it, feel free to re-upload. If your group is small it’s well worth taking the time to customise the title page for students, works great.
