Resources for Music teaching at secondary level. I have been teaching since 1996 experiencing three different academy schools. Having taught in central London and the Midlands my experience is with students who are comprehensive in nature. Having moved to a new role two years ago to a school where music was an area of weakness I am now creating resources for GCSE students who have a limited experience in music and generally do not read music.

This resource is prepared for year 9 students as an introduction to the set pieces. The resource covers ABBA's Super Trouper and Queen's Killer Queen. The document includes two levels of worksheets to support differentiation. I have used the specification and example assessment materials to create the resource. These are to be used listening to the recording of the piece.
