I am a South African teacher who has been working in international schools as a primary English teacher for the past 10 years. I have worked in Korea, China, Mauritius and Bahrain. My favourite subject to teach is Literature. It gives me great satisfaction to introduce a new novel to my students and to watch them grow to love the characters and the story. Literature is a powerful resource: in my opinion, some of the best life lessons can be found in fiction.
