Christmas Writing for Dyspraxia Kids

(0)
The emphasis is on fun and fine motor skills, to really boost the skills of children with motor issues and self-organisation issues, such as children with dyspraxia. Handwriting for kids with dyspraxia is hard but writing at Christmas should be fun, so this pack builds up their handwriting skills with exercises that don’t feel like handwriting practice–all with a Christmas theme. There’s a checklist to help them remember what to include in a letter to Santa and a large choice of writing paper that is differentiated according to their age and ability. With the letter written there are games and activities to keep them busy and boost their skills. For example, some kids may instinctively know how to draw a Christmas tree but a child with dyspraxia probably wouldn’t, so they are guided through step-by-step. There are also differentiated activities such as word searches, spot the difference, search and colour etc. 28 pages in total as a PDF. Age guide 4-11 kids with SEN.
