Project: To improve the teaching and learning of equality and diversity, through embedding cultural capital into the academy.
This assignment focuses mainly on BAME students and how teachers can help develop their cultural capital.
Due to the academy closure, it was a little harder to implement and many changes had to take place.
With equality and diversity and cultural capital being two big areas, the assignment had one focus. However, the project is ongoing, in order to expand and involve all areas of both equality and diversity and cultural capital.
The assignment discusses the initial plans and changes that were made and the starting points for cultural capital.
