A series of lesson based around the skills of transposition. Created for mixed ability year 8. This scheme is a series of lesson that uses works of fiction or art as a springboard to correct a variety of fiction and non-fiction. Would be good as an introduction to the new Language GCSE papers.
Greek Myths Descriptive writing SOW
A scheme of work created for mixed ability year 7 classes as an introduction to descriptive writing. Used primarily as a transition unit from primary as many students cover Greek myths in primary school. This unit is focused on students ability to create descriptive pieces of writing along the theme of Greek myths.
