This guided research template/worksheet allows students to keep relevant, organised notes about any Art Movement studied in class. The BLANK student template is broken down into sections so that the information gathered can be categorised. This template/worksheet will help take the stress out of knowing what information to research and how to categorise the information for later use or study notes. Introduce your students to Picasso with this 5 Facts Literacy Worksheet. Students will have the opportunity to discuss and think about each fact presented - teacher guided questions have been provided to aid further questioning around each fact to encourage wider discussion around content. Students will then have the opportunity to showcase their knowledge by writing about Picasso from the perspective of the artist. Take the stress and intimidation out of Self Portrait drawing by getting your students thinking about what represents them, rather than what they look like! This printable activity is suited to all ages and encourages students to think about how they can represent themselves with symbols and objects. It is suited to all drawing levels and can be incorporated into a Unit of Work, used as a stand-alone task for early finishers, set as homework, or used by casual teachers. Celebrate Halloween with this easy-to-follow drawing task. The presentation has step-by-step instructions with diagrams and explanations for your students to follow. Simply display the presentation on a whiteboard/smart board and move through each step as it is achieved - this will give you the freedom to move around the room and assist students as required. Alternatively, you could use a copy of the instructions to teach the drawing to your class. The initial drawing is mapped out using squares and rectangles, so it is suitable for a range of skill levels and abilities. The last page of the presentation has samples of student work that has been coloured in - so you have the option to keep the drawing as a stand-alone task, or allow your students to apply colour to their Zombie!
