Making BTECs slightly easier to work out Shop

I am an Art and Graphics tutor in Yorkshire. When I became a HoD I realised it was impossible to accurately predict students Btec grades during the process, you can manually add them up but it takes ages. I came up with an excel document that allows you to input the grades and it predicts a score based on the students current form. Tab 2 of the document is linked so you can then carry out analysis for each student.

It tells you how many units you have complete, how many there are to complete and how many guided learning hours you have completed. On the second tab the results are linked so you can complete data based on your results. Every name you add on to tab 2 will appear on tab 1 and all grades and predictions are all linked so you dont have to duplicate work load. When adding grades you have to put some predictions in for units not completed to produce a prediction grade.
