This Maths revision resource is designed to prepare children in the run up to the National Curriculum SATs tests before school assessments. The packs includes 5 days worth of 25 questions that target key areas of the Mathematics curriculum. Each day is designed to last ten minutes and comprises both arithmetic and reasoning problems. Equally, it would be useful for booster sessions when there is limited time in the run up to the national tests.

Excellent PowerPoint, which explains students how to calculate the product of two fractions first by multiplying the numerator and denominator and as learning progresses by cross-simplifying(cancelling). The presentation includes a warm-up activity, which covers prime factors and multiples, adding with decimals and finding percentages. More able students are challenged to multiply mixed fractions. The presentation leads perfectly into the differentiated worksheets, which come with answer sheets! I taught this lesson to my Year 6 class and they made great progress!
