Welcome to My Happy Mind Stress/Anxiety Relief Cards for kids. As a teacher I see daily that many children are not in the correct frame of mind or are unable to access any learning because of worries and anxieties. I have therefore produced these Happy Mind cards as daily activity prompts to use in the class. Most activities take around 5 minutes and some need minimal resources (all resources are available at schools and are listed on the card). My class (and our whole school) use these daily as a toolkit for releasing cortisol and enjoying the benefits of the happy endorphins they create. Using these techniques daily will allow all children access to the tools they need to cope with difficult situations that will arise from time to time. Above else, they allow fun and laughter in the classroom every morning. This resource has 48 cards to print ONCE and laminate for use every day. ENJOY
