Currently a Head of School, I've sifted through thousands of job applications and carried out hundreds of interviews. I have completed the NPQSL and NPQH and I now assess NPQML, NPQSL and NPQH submissions. I am an accredited trainer for Cambridge Professional Development Qualifications in Educational Leadership and Teaching and Learning.
