This pack comes with 64 cards. 16 different 2D shapes are included, for a total of 4 cards per shape. Each set of 4 has one ‘word’ card and 3 ‘shape’ cards, that display the shape in different sizes. This pack can be useful to learn the names and key features of shapes, such as the number of sides and corners. Use the cards to play matching games, such as snap and memory. Race to Zero is a fun hands on activity for practicing addition and subtraction sums. If playing ‘Race to Zero’ pick a starting number, and for the addition games, select a goal number to reach. Tape your choice of cups to the wall, and place the number cards either above or on the cup. Choose your number cards based on the level of difficulty you want the game to be. Using addition and subtraction cards to increase the challenge of the game. Students take turns throwing ping pong balls into the cups and calculate their score accordingly.
