I am an experienced primary school leader with over 13 years in education, including roles as Headteacher, Principal, Deputy Headteacher and SENCO. Throughout my career, I have worked across school improvement, curriculum development, behaviour and culture, inclusion, safeguarding and staff development, leading schools through significant change and supporting teams to secure strong outcomes for children. My passion lies in creating practical, high-quality resources that genuinely support teachers and school leaders in the day-to-day realities of primary education. Over the years, I have developed a wide range of templates, planning tools and whole-school resources to support curriculum design, assembly planning, behaviour systems, attendance, inclusion and school improvement. Through Primary Leadership Studio, I hope to share resources that are purposeful, adaptable and rooted in real experience of what works in schools.
