This is a PowerPoint I use to run through the NEA task. I do tweak and change it as I go. I have used parts of a booklet guide I downloaded for free from TES in this PowerPoint. I have also used alot of examples from AQA exemplar folders.

This is a PowerPoint and worksheet I have used to introduce sustainability and the 6 R’s.

This resource is for a short project I have used with Year 10 and Year 9 Textiles pupils. The resource includes an instruction PowerPoint, a plan of making worksheet and an evaluation sheet.

This is a one off lesson used to get the pupils to model design ideas with unconventional materials. I normally give each group a variety of bin bags, plastic bags, some string and cellotape but you could use newspaper or scrap fabrics.

This was a worksheet created to be used in a group activity. The pupils had access to computers to research the answers.

This a task I complete over a few lessons with Year 10 Textiles normally. The pupils work in teams to design a new product to pitch to the dragons. I use the theme of smart/modern textiles normally but I suppose you could change it to something else that suits what you need. I have included the instructions PowerPoint and information PowerPoint.

This is a collection of 5 sheets put together to help pupils work their way through Section A-Identifying & Investigating Design Possibilities. The pages can be printed in A4 or A3 format, I use them as A4 sheets. The pupils have found them easy to follow and highlight them as they go.
